I miss the high country, Man making your camp in them high bowls makes it easier to hunt up there. Thanks for the journey

Thanks for the response guys, I love Tradgang. You are right about being careful when glassing bucks from long range. It is in my opinion to always try and stalk down above the high country bucks so they don´t see you coming. We came around the basin and saw the buck pictured, it was already too late, he had us pegged. But as a bow hunt with a moto that "the hunt isn't over until I arrived back at the car" we had to try.

Cool pictures and that looked like a nice tall buck.  Be careful sliding on your but...I suffered an injury the likes of which would ruin any mans hunt doing that same stunt a few years back.  Hit a pointy rock just under the snow surface and about removed my tailbone from my spine.  Ouch....wasnt worth the thrill.  Thought I was paralysed.
