I posted a week or so ago and forgot about it! I need a skinny 56.5" string real quick, would take a 56 and 56.5. Prefer D-97 8-12 strand. If you can help post PM me or post. Thanks! Shawn

Shawn ,you really need to learn to make your own.... If I can do it I know you can. I'd love to help ya but all I have is B-55 or B-50.
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

I agree with Ron. Strings are too easy to make once you learn how. I use only B-50 so I'm no help either.
Get Chad Weaver's "Doing the Twist" and a couple of spools of string material and go to town. Before you know it you will ask yourself..."why didn't I learn this before?"

I agree, way too easy, my 12 year old builds his own and does a better job than me.
We use inefficient tools by choice, precisely because they are inefficient. Making them more efficient defies our original intentions.

Yes, making is easy, but, what, will the stringmakers do?  :D

I'm pretty sure Shaun knows the how-to, everyone should. Like tying your own hook or lure, for fishing!

But, the village, needs some help, too!
