I shoot wood arrowa only, and my groups are so tight (honest LOL) that alot of my shafts between midway and the point (when i split the nock end I trash them) are getting small rubs and very shallow shavings taken out. Other than the Repairarrow way is there any other way to save the shaft? Its getten expensive.   :goldtooth:    thanks for any and all help. Tim

Shoot fewer arrows in the groups............I only shoot wood and my groups are never more than two arrows-usually one arrow groups are about as tight as it gets without inflicting damage.   :bigsmyl:

Kustem King has a tool called arrow fix, its pricey buy it seems to let you do reparrow like joints on your own. It looks like you may be able to reshaft a wooden arrow from the fletching forward if needed.......you might want to call and ask for more info......
