Stiks-n-Strings

Good thread and I would have to go with Skyler and Cade. Then there is a Cadet member that was in the bow swap that could fit the bill as well Ol' Sambo.

BONE

I must agree with Robtattoo,Andy Ivey. How many guys that age have the experience and knowlege that Andy does?----------Bone

Bill Dunn. Has the video to prove what he's shot. Makes great bows and represents Trad Bowhunting well. Great guy. I'm 57 and I know that Bill is younger than 47  :bigsmyl:

I'd have to go with Randy Burtis, with Skyler comin in as a close second.

Ron LaClair

Here's my two heros, Skyler and Mason. These two young fellas and others like them are the future of traditional bowhunting.

They've grown a little since I first met them just a few years ago.

Don Batten

Mines Nick Georgeaid. He's not on here much , but I first met him when he was 12. He teaches economics at nc state now. He's as good in the woods as I know . and a great guy. You might remember a thread awhile back that Terry started about a pig shot with a helment cam. That was Nick. I got more but most are 10 yrs older. DB

Son of Texas

I'm going to have to go along with Robtattoo,Andy Ivey.

Buckwheaties

I'm 65 so most modern day greats are 10 yrs younger. My pick is Fred Eichler, his accomplishments are amazing.. I'd vote for Ron LaClair but he's an old fart like me so I can't..

Andy Ivey for me. How many continents has he hunted/guided with stick and string? Very accomplished for his age, for any age for that matter!

Up and comers are Skyler, Cade, and EagleEye.

Many others I admire are too close to my age to qualify.

Ron LaClair

Hey Buckwheaties, if you're only 65 than you qualify to be my 10 years younger hero..    :D

Andy Ivy. No question.
I just love reading his posts and I think he lives to hunt.

GRINCH

Mine would be Guru and Arwin, not so much for being successful bow hunters but for the time they spend teaching their sons and passing the torch along.

Very flattered guys. I hope you are all well
Iv been flat out since leaving the US and had very little time to contribute here.
I spend most of the time now way out in the middle of nowhere (paradise) guiding bowhunters.

Mark iv been accused of that from time to time. It really Sucks getting payed to hunt and fish.    :campfire:

My Girlfriend Bec's also shoots and hunts (of course) , we'l be back in South Africa for 3 months once im finished with the hunting season here in Australia.

I have a Survival backpack hunt planned
There is more to the Hunt.. then the Horns
