I'm with Bob.  300 grainers pretty please.  Man I'd would have loved to take some to Africa in August. They look absolutely awsome and if they are half (well 2/3's technically) the broadhead the terminators are VPA has another winner!!

LimBender

Deadly lookin!  Can't wait to try the 200 out.  Please keep updating the thread with any new info.

A lot of guys who hunt Africa have been encouraging them to make these heads since in some circumstances 2 blades are the legal requirement.

Give me a bow a topo and two weeks, and I guarantee I kill two weeks!

Those will give Abowyer a run for their money.

I love looking at new stuff.
Innovation is hard work!

If minds are open for ideas glue on heads would be great!

I would think a similarly built with extra width for wt (maybe 1.25"-1.375")2 blade glue on might sell like hot cakes.

Really nice looking heads. Look very strong and slippery smooth.

I agree a nice glue on would be nice.

Keith Zimmerman

I like the looks of them.  Are they easy to sharpen with a file?

BWD

They look real good, but at that width, they are pretty much just another well made 1 1/8" broadhead, imo of course.

It's not the size of the game you take that means Success!
It's the experience of pursuing game that give true Outdoor Success!!!!!

I'll be testing the 250s very soon and will post the results as far as sharpening, flight, etc.  I'm sure that VPA welcomes input so feel free to speak your mind . . . as if most of you wouldn't, HA!  FYI:  The heads are currently limited to a consistant 1 1/8" width due to the steel stock used.  I've been told that the wider ones would be substantailly more expensive to produce.  We'll see . . .

FYI:  My understanding is that the new heads WILL NOT be pre-sharpened or "hunt ready".  These heads are mean't to be taken from the package and sharpened using your preferred method.  I will be using a wide variety of approaches in my tests, from the KME broadhead and knife systems to free handing it with a small field file à la Fred Bear!

Hate to be critical, but for my taste they dubbed off the point far too much..  I don't have to have the old 3 to 1 ratio but I do prefer something closer to it than these display.. Just my opinion.

If they had left the point intact or dubbed it like a STOS I would be a player..

I see that Pat and I'm sure some people will want a longer head, especially "trad minded archers", however, I believe that VPA's main goal is to produce a rock solid 2 blade head, built on the same principal as their 3 blades, using available materials so that they can offer another option AND keep costs down.

Many guys have said that they want to chose their own method of sharpening and that's being addressed too. That also helps minimize the cost of getting them into your hands. Compromises are being made to make it happen.

It will be nice to see them in person and then to see where the price comes out. Thanks for the preview Gary!

They do look nice and beefy. It'll be interesting if they can beat their 3-blade price of $13.33 each.

Thanks for the preview! I like the Terminators and I've been waiting for these.
