That,my friend,this is an Italian salami;it is something that some people is still making arising pigs and feeding them better that their own children and then before Christmas transform in these incredible food.Mamma mia.I never seen something like that in the US store but I hope you can find them somewhere!

Looks like a rugged place to live and hunt.  Glad I don't have to turn a tractor around in that terrain!
