Ordered awhile ago and came in the mail today. Had a family movie night planned so could not get to the club but still got some shooting done in the backyard. The young guy was a little put back when he saw how small the bow was compared to his old Greatree, that was untill he shot it and was explained how a well built small bow can be stronger and faster than a big bow. Once he saw his arrows sticking in the bag at 20y he was a believer..lol The big guy loves that his new bow is legal for deer and says that's what he's using this year, forget about the xbow Dad! Gotta like that comment. I was amazed at how smooth both bows draw and the speed in which the cast an arrow, that little pup sure can fling them and the midsize sure packs a whallop! Just have to play around with brace height and good to go!

Your boys have big smiles. And the bows look good. It must be a great day!

One bow. One arrow. My ideal.

Friends call me Pac

The bow your oldest boy is shooting is identicle to the one I'm shooting in my 50 yard attemp video.  He has a fine hunting bow for sure.

Your younger son will be wanting one of his own when he outgrows that pup but with Mike's prices it should be fairly easy on the wallet.

Nice pics. Kinda got me wondering if I shouldn't have ordered the bigger one for my boy. I recently ordered a pup longbow due to the wording his website. Ahh either way I hope he has the reaction those boys had... Great job Dad!

If you hunt with your kids when they are young, you won't be hunting all over for them when they are teenagers.

congrats, my little girls pup longbow just came, and she had a blast picking out the woods...

Fantastic workmanship by the way... Dad might have to get a matching longbow from Mike...
