I would like to change my avatar

I am sure this has been covered somewhere but I cant find it. How can you change your avatar to a personal picture?

Go to computers and trad gang section. Basically you email pic already sized to admin. And they approve pic and edit your avatar. I think it's before or after Z giveaways.

What Magnus said but you will have to resize it. There is instructions where Magnus told you to go.
