Hello to all, I am returning to the site after many years. I have a bunch of questions, but I keep this one to the Tomahawk bows from 3rivers. Are they any good? Any first hand feedback? How do they compare to other bows of the same style?
Thanks for your time,

They are wicked nice. The Diamond SS will shoot as good or better than most out there.

I had the SS and the Diamond SS. I enjoyed shooting them and I am sure you will enjoy them also.
"instinctive archery" is more like playing the violin. Without practice you may remember the mechanics, but you will not be a virtuoso.

I have a Diamond Series Desert Fox, I love the bow! It is 64" and 55# @ 28.  I wish it was a little lighter in weight, I have been having some shoulder issues, and may have to drop some bow weight.  It is super fast and quiet,  I'd recommend a Tomahawk without question!

I have had one for 3 years and shot it very little. Was not too serious at the time. Now I think I may string her up. Does anyone know what brace height should be for a diamond SS takedown.

They are great bows. Own a 64" woodland hunter 50lbs@28 and draws smooth with a 31.5" pull and no handshock

Brace height for 58" is 7 1/4 to 7 3/4 inches,
60" and 62" is 7 1/2 to 8 inches. This is for takedown models.
