Looks like a stingray barb in his leg.  Did you have to get it cut out?
What is man without the beasts? If all the beasts were gone, men would die from great loneliness of spirit, for whatever happens to the beasts also happens to man. All things are connected. Whatever befalls the earth befalls the children of the earth

David Mitchell

The years accumulate on old friendships like tree rings, during which time a kind of unspoken care and loyalty accrue between men.

Wonderful pics, tons of memories right there!

My nephew about two weeks or so ago.  Got his first bow kill that day.  Actually, he shot two birds and put the finish on a 3rd.

Thanks to bowzonly for the pic and for taking us on the hunt.

I killed some feathers that day, but that was about it.

DW - will do.

I love that picture.  I don't recall if it was taken by Bruce (bowzonly) or his son, but it's a perfect image of a great memory.

Here's some from a couple years ago.  The first is the deers view from when Dad shot it, next is the ravine it fell into, if you look close you can see him down there. The last is after crawling down to get a closer look.

Thanks Jay for posting my 2009 Wisconsin deer pictures!  That was one heck of a pull getting him out of that ravine.  I know I couldn't have done it by myself.  Just seeing all of these pictures gets you fired up for hunting season!

So it does.  Here's one from this morning.  I was actually turkey hunting rather than bow fishing as the pic might suggest.  Found this crappy, beat-up fishing pole about 1000 yards from the nearest fishable body of water.  Goofy.
