Tried a bw tab, actually got a cleaner release, but I hit my nose and smack my lip when I release...probably just me!

Big shot glove, best I have found

rdoggsilva

Started out in 1971 with a glove and just never changed, just like I am still using a Astro II I got in the 70's, saw no need to change. But just bought a new bow so maybe will give a tab a chance.  :bigsmyl:

Tab for me. Used a cordovan single layer for years but have switched to a Fred Eichler (3R) tab and really like it better. Smooth release, good protection, and can feel the string good.

I have and do use both, but prefer the tab, I feel a cleaner release.

I just voted and it is exactly 50-50. I guess it is really all just personal preference.

TWarrows

tab now, but shot a glove for 15 years..

Hoyt

I tried a glove back in the 50's and went with tab in the 60's. Made my own for a long time, but am going to try a Fred Eichler and see how I like it.

I do Great with just bare fingers I practice with tab, glove and bare fingers. This way I'm always covered..

Me too...though I nearly always hunt bare fingered, I sometimes use a tab , very occasionally a glove .

Gloves for me... I've tried tabs but I just feel better with a glove (I shoot split fingers).

Hopewell Tom

Always used a glove, Big Shot and Damascus in use now, but just got the new 3R catalog and like the look of the Fred Eichler tab. One on order soon for a try out.

Basically tab for targets, but glove for hunting.

In general I want cordovan on both my tabs and the finger tips of my glove.

I shoot pretty much two under and I make my tabs by turning over an opposite hand Cavalier Elite and modifying it.

I set out a while ago to reduce my herd of 40 bows...And I am finally down to 42

It is totally personal choice here. I shot a glove for a long time. For a reason that is not really applicable I switched to a tab. Cant seem to go back now and I have tried a few times.

Used to use a tab. Now I use a glove and prefer it over a tab.

Wow. I would've bet a lot of money that gloves would be at least 80%. I'm very surprised.
