Turkey hunting can be an Addiction ! Bear kodiak hunter and ramin shafts with magnus are my medicine for thunderchickens !

Middle of April is the magic time around here. My plan is to not use a blind and hopefully score on a nice gobbler using my new 48# Bama Hunter, Easton 1916 with 125 gr up front. Haven't decided what BH to use yet but I will.

I love hunting these birds!

Over&Under

Have used a variety of bows and broadheads, but all bows have been 50-52 lbs @28" with around 500 grain arrows.  The broadheads have been 2,3,and 4 blades, but will stick with 3 blade snuffers from now on.
I have killed 4 turkeys so far with traditional gear and all have died within sight.
