I will be coming ....probably with OS and will be videoing for PTP. Looking at doing a couple interviews with people and will look into getting some donations to give away.

Can't wait boys!!  This is always a great time.

Drew, how does this work out for the guys that have the Recreational Passport on their vehicle registration now?  I know normally you have to show the person at the gate your registration.

Tim...If you have the passport you are all set...just drive in and park...i just got off the phone with the State Park...there are no longer daily permits..... those that had to register cars with Secretary of State starting october 2010 should have paid the 10.00 for the statepark passport..."EVERYONE" can still purchase the vehicle pass at the park this year for 10.00...It is best to take care of this when you register your vehicle with secretary of state..  This 10.00 passport is good for the whole year and gets you into all state parks in michigan and is cheaper than the previous 24.00 they charged for the yearly sticker.

Thanks Steve.  I have not read up on all the details of the Passport yet.  Mine registration is up for renewal the beginning of Feb just just thought I would ask the question.  If anybody wants to read up on this here is the link to the DNRE page:

Thanks Tim..... It is my understanding the State started doing this so they could free up the booth attendants to do other duties..... I like the idea and think it is an easier process just to pay the 10.00 when registering your car with the Secretary of State and to be covered for all of the state parks.

I haven't been in a couple of year.  Hoping to make it this year though.

I'm new to the forum and very interested in Trad Archery.  Is anyone traveling to the Bunny Stomp from the Westside (Holland area) that wouldn't mind a carpool candidate?

Thanks!

Lee

As long as I don't have to work that weekend, I will be there with both of my boys (7 and 5).  This is our busy time of year at work, and it pays for most of my hunting adictions.

I will be there this year. Will have to miss the rabbit hunt this weekend in Riverdale because of work.

Lee, I live in Holland.  I usually hang around pretty late in the day at the bunny stomp but if that is alright with you maybe we can set something up.  Otherwise I know a lot of other guys from the area that might be going.
