I got my first by hauling fireplace rocks for a guy one summer. He paid me with a custom made Hill Big Five.
77 @ 28" and 70". John Shulz was the bowyer at the time.

This pic is a representative of the squirrels we shot that day. I shot 102 and my buddy with the compound shot 120.
 

I got after a lot of different small game with that Big Five.
 

Looking over at my bow rack I can see that same Big Five, a Shulz Trophy Hunter, a Duke Savora longbow and four or five of my own make.
