Steve, put me in the hat again. I crossed paths with Mike in La Turque this past June while we were coming into camp and the boy's from week one were leaving Bear Quest IV. Didn't find out until after we were in camp that Mike had a few copies of his book with him, missed my chance to get a copy from him then. Needless to say I was bummed    :(
