Beautiful bow! I'm sure it shoots as good as it looks.
God is good, all the time!!!

Sweet bow.  I hmmmed and hawed on that bow but never pulled the trigger.  It sure is pretty.  How does the grip compare to that on your classic whip?  The chinook looks a little bigger in pics, but was looking for your thoughts.  May be my next bow order...Mike

thanks all,   MIke,  the Chinook Classic grip is a bit fuller in the palm area and necks down more a bit in the top.   This said,  the newer "Classic Whip"  grip has a more similar grip to the Chinook, a bit more "curvy" than the older "Classic Whip" grip.

I think thats gotta be one of the prettiest bows I've ever seen....Phil

I love the wood combination. Dan knows how to put them together, doesn't he?

shoots great,  really slings an arrow for a #44,  i am going to add a quiver for a little more weight,  like the added stability for my modest skills.

The most noticable thing about Dans Chinook is that it is QUIET,  as in more quiet then most longbows ive shot.

Dan Toelke seems to be getting pretty good at this bow building.

I love the woods on that bow!  I own a Toelke Whip and can't say enough good things about Dan or his bows...Shawn
