My last active duty station in the Navy was Senior Advisor to the Royal Saudi Naval Force Eastern Flotilla, Jubail, Saudi Arabia.  After spending thirteen months in that position I resigned from my active duty commission and transferred to the reserves where I retired after 10 years of service.  I had a combined 22 years and 8 months of service.

Pretty much the response I figured.  Reading through all the responses is humbling, lots of years in service, lots of sacrifice.  It's truly an honor to be associated with such a large group of patriots.
Speaking of which, someone please tell Chris Surtees that this is one day he can brag about his service to our country - Chris is the man!!
Thanks to all for everything you've done & I pray that all our fine men & women in service now come home soon.
