Temp does not make much of a diffrence, I have left them overnight when it was 65 degrees for a low and the meat was fine. Coyotes would be my only concern, leave her and let us know. Shawn

Good move to wait   :thumbsup:    Other than the coyote concern, waiting is almost always the wisest choice.  8 hours longer than necessary is much better than five minutes too soon.
