BEA

when i first got on the internet and found hunting websites, i was running a little guiding outfit for baited blackbears.....it was call Bears East Adventures....so that was my user name....but i found it too long, and so did folks when they were referring , or, talking to me....and somehow it just got shortened to bea, which indicated bears east adventures....
Aim Hard...There Is Alot at Stake !

HATCHCHASER

I love fly fishing and chasing those tough hatches.
It's not the arrival, it's the journey.

Red4arm

Mine comes from learning to shoot and not having an arm guard!
Funny now i don't use a guard and never hit my arm.

Bowwild

Like many of you here I'm simply "wild about bows" so I picked this handle back in the 1990's when I first started visiting forums on KYHunting.com and the Bowsite.  I abandoned all these forums for several years after tiring of the bickering and mean-spiritedness.

One day I was on the steps of the Capitol in Washington D.C. and someone hollered out "Bowwild"!  I didn't even know this person visited such forums but he knew me from there.

Weird.

cbCrow

Mine came from my paternal grandmother, she was half Cherokee and when she visited she saw me feed a crow that used to come around beggin for scraps. When I'd give him some bread I would talk real soft to him. She gave me the name "Boy talking with crow". I shortened it to crow and added my initials.

Bowwild

born-again.

I wish there were about 3 billion folks on the planet with your identical handle!

GREATBROWNKNOCKEMDOWN

I'm Mexican, German and Irish, but have my Hispanic skin color, any ways my uncle from my German side got me into bowhunting, and one year i killed 6 deer with my bow and while tracking one he said " we are going to call you GreatBrownKnockemDown!'  and it stuck!!

That might just take the prize for the longest username anywhere on the net!
I set out a while ago to reduce my herd of 40 bows...And I am finally down to 42

The years accumulate on old friendships like tree rings, during which time a kind of unspoken care and loyalty accrue between men.

huntnfool62

For me it was simple hunt and fool  fit like a glove ! I worked with a lady that said her indian name was running dummy , something to do with being indian and polish , I thought about using that but not for very long

nd chickenman

I raise broiler chickens every year here in North Dakota, a friend started calling me chickenman

caleb7mm

I shot long range rifle competitions for a few years and was the only one who shot a 7MM. So they named me caleb7mm.

Wal

Wal, from "wally gator" just something my old man called me right from when I was a little tacker.

Horse, would have been better, as in, hung like, but genetics let me down  :(    :(

Cheers
