Best wishes to both of you Wensel boys. I hope you're still hunting hard when I'm 62! (about 20 years)

Best Wishes for a great day!  Looks like Gene got his off to a great start and I hazard a guess that Barry was out there, too.  Happy Birthday!

Thanks for all the kind words guys. We really do appreciate it. I had a great day hunting for Hurley (the big one I missed last year on Oct. 28th). Saw eight bucks all day. Four 4x4s, a 4x3 and three spikes. The four biggest were all under 20 yds. and none busted me so I felt great about the set-up. I gotta keep this short as 4:45 AM comes early resently. Best of luck to all and thanks again. BW

Quote from Howard Hill.( Whenever he taught someone to shoot) "Son make up your mind right now if you want to target shoot or hunt as theres a world of differance between the two"

I guess that glow I saw to the west was two birthday cakes with ALOT of candles in Iowa!

Seriously, two of the best who are willing to share their experiences.
