Manitoba Stickflinger,
I ditto everything you say about the Tall Tines. I bought the stock charcoal dyamond wood/ osage bow and absolutely love it.
Smooth and quiet and really flings an arrow at 51#.

I love that phenolic/ myrtle wood combo you have.
No matter where you go; There you are.......

David,

I will rattle the bushes and get a pic of that stock bow.

Tim Fishell

Congrats on your bow Ryan.  I knew you would like it.  I have been shooting mine every day and we are getting along nice.  This past weekend was our bow opener here in Michigan and the TT and I spent some much needed quality time in a tree.  Although I didn't get a shot at a deer this weekend I did take a poke at a black squirrel but unfortunatly a tree limb jumped infront of my arrow!!

Tim....I thought that jumping tree limbs were only up here in Canada. Nice to hear I'm not the only one dealing with them! How about those invisible ones that only show up after you shoot...got those???

dutch the deadly

thanks for the info   good report

Tim Fishell

Oh yeah we have lots of those as well.  It always amazes me how fast trees grow limbs after your done cutting your shooting lanes!!   :banghead:    :goldtooth:

Hey Ryan:  I have one of those on order as well, In fact just talked to Brian today about the woods, should have it soon.  Maybe I should reconsider the spring bear hunt with you.

Dirtybird

Hey Ryan what are the hunt dates for the TT crew?

Steve O

Good golly, here are pics of the stock bow.  The limb veneers are Bocote, but it looks a lot like Macassar Ebony to me.  My gosh, I have another combo to add to the list

Thanks Ryan.  If I only had more money I'd take that one off Brians hands.  Another puuurdy TT.

I was over at Ryan`s the other night helping him break in the Tall Tines. What a nice bow, very smooth and fast. I have a feeling that bow will do some killin`.

Thanks guys!

Kennyb.....I killed that bear here in Manitoba.(Riding Mtn. to be exact) The entire west side of Manitoba has colors like that. As far as huge....it's nice bear with a better picture, but not huge. I've managed to kill a few huge ones and this guy was far from that. The video is on my site with the attached link under pics. Just scroll down to watch hunts. Thanks again....Ryan
