Hi guys and gals.I went moose hunting last
weekend but did not get a moose.I called in
one saterday morning and played with him
for 20 minutes but I could not get a clear
shot at him.He replied several times with
short grunts and he would not come out of
the swamp. He replied again to my calls on
sunday morning but I still could not get
a clear shoot.I had a blast.Here are some
pictures of my camp.I will be back this
weekend.

Very nice!! Looks like home to me...

I like your tent, camp set up. You must be expecting a cold winter, with all that wood cut up and stacked. Good luck on the hunt.

PS We are still hitting 85-90 down here in the daytime.

Nice camp set up. That is what a moose camp is supposed to look like!

Beautiful Camp! Do you have plans on how to build that homemade tent? Its looks like a very nice shelter.
A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight;nothing he cares about more than his own personal safety;is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

Very nice camp! How do you keep it so nice? I had to tear mine down last week in a rainstorm, mud, mud, and more mud. I dried it out at home and finally got the tent put away. Good luck on the moose!

Hi,CANYON.I do not have any plan for building
my tent.It is just a plain prospecter style
wall tent. The dimention are 7.5 feet high 8 feet
wide and 10 feet long and the walls are 3.5 feet high.Thank you everyone for the nice words.

P.S I was out this weekend again. No meat for the
freezer but saterday night when I got to my tent,
just before sunset I broke 2 heavy branches and
I gave it 3 loud grunts and then went to sleep.
To my surprise the next morning when I got on my
way to hunt, the moose came walking 10 feet from
my tent.I think i was sleepling tight that night.
