Just took these while I was sitting on my deck.  The boys had all their homework, and chores done, so it was time for them to have a little fun, and at 12 yards, I think they are doing outstanding.

They both have excellent form! That certainly led to a target they can be proud of. Congratulations on the fine shooting, and thanks for sharing pictures of such a happy family.

I really like how they could care less about the toys in the sandbox, and would rather shoot bows till their fingers fall off, or it's bedtime.  Which ever comes first.

good stuff. Hope to see you at Hartwick Pines.  I am going to help out John V. with the VETs who are coming to hunt.

I will be arriving after work on that Friday, sometime around 8 (ish).  I've never hunted the Grayling areas before, and I'm really looking forward to it, not to mention, I get to meet more of us (Vets).  Next weekend I'm taking my oldest to do the MLA squirrel hunt in Dansville, then not to upset my "Little Tanker", he gets to join us the next day over near Clarkston for some more squirrels.

I really love this time of year.

Lots of fun memories being made!  I loved my dad and we had lots of great times fishing, small game hunting, and hunting old coins. I think of him all the time.

It would have been terrific to have also enjoyed archery with him but he was raised in a time when every bullet or shell needed to result in something to eat.

Great time and fun you will remember for a lifetime... Good job !!

For hunting to have a future, we must invest ourselves in future hunters.

Dang, they already shoot better than I do!
Great pics and they must have been studying the shooting form clock because they are both nearly perfect.
It's pictures like these that make me regret sometimes that I never had any kids of my own, but I have 4 nephews now and my older brother's boys are about yours ages so I'm sure I'll get plenty of time in the field with those two. They are just about the age that they are wanting to go now.

I love it.  I love watching my boys shoot also.  It is good to see the youngens active.

"Shoot til their fingers fall off".. I love it! (we use to do that as kids), still do sometimes.. Can't wait til you post pics of them in 10 years; with that form they'll be great shots. Good job Dad..
