I was at a trad shoot yesterday. Lots of Widow bows, some tradtech and a bunch of others.
I came away wondering are there any production wood recurves out there with  a slim high wrist grip.
Can't swing a custom.

Thanks,

Bob

Bob,

You can often pick up a used custom recurve in very good condition for the price of a new production bow.  Something to consider.

Look around many of the customs are no more than the production bows.

Thanks guys, I think that it is true; however there isn't as much selection in new and used in Canada as in the USA. Even buying used from the US can be pricey with the duty and taxes. But I am looking...

For a slim high wrist you should look into a Kanati longbow. Might even find one here used on "Traditional Bows". Bet the price will be good too.....

Bob lee bows have small grips, I have small hands and like a med/hi grip. My go to bows are Quinns and the Tradtech Titan Ilf riser and black max carbon limbss.

Exactly.

Also, it doesn't really cost that much more to ship to Canada. Check out the classifieds on here. If you see a bow you like, send the seller a PM and see if they'll ship to Canada and tell them that it doesn't always cost an arm and a leg to ship to you.

I would probably look for a takedown - it would be much easier to ship to Canada. The size of a full size one piece could be problematic- I don't remember the size limitations anymore.
