I have heretofore stated that I would not let Bill ride in my F150 with his new hat. Here is visual proof of of why. It's not the hat, it's his men in tights carrying a man purse attitude and attire.

That hat looks like it was custom made for you.
Live like you are dying, god will pardon you thats his line of work

Mike Theis

Did they really wear the tights back then, or is it a Hollywood thing?

A good looking hat though.
If man were to know everything in advance, there would be no such thing as adventure!

NorthernCaliforniaHunter

It's a Hollywood thing.

Nice hat. Dig it.

That's great!!! Thank you for sharing!

Here's a different look at mine. I figure if Bill is man enough to get his picture taken in tights I can show myself in my kilt.

He looks a little like Peter Pan! Wish I won that hat. Congrats!

Looking good hat Bill. You did good Mudd
I try not to let my mind wander...It is too small and fragile to be out by itself.

I can hear the music now.  Were men, were men in tights, and you know that we really know how to fight!

I will never understand it.
I have fought hard all my life to wear pants everywhere. I can't understand WANTING to wear a skirt.      :wavey:

Then again, I'd wear a hat that Mudd made for me anytime, anywhere!

Great hats!. My son got me one at a Renaissance fair several years ago. Unfortunately, the unknowing ones at our hunting camp fail to appreciate such fine and ancient headgear. After suffering a bit of teasing, I remind them that, while I may not be Robin Hood, I can skewer them at 20 yards or so. (Then they pick on Ben, our resident camp liberal.)

Hey, Mudd, do hunt in your kilt? I heard once that  the Scots traditionally wore nothing under the kilt. Are you "traditional"? If so, what brand insect repellant do you use? I like kilts and wish I had one. It must be my Scottish ancestry. Maybe that's also why I like single malt whisky.

Tights or kilt, the caps look fine.

I thought it might be ok to put the link up considering none of our fine sponsors actually sell them, so no competition. Unless I'm wrong...

I have not hunted in my kilt, maybe someday.

What I wear beneath me kilt is me shoes.
