Beautiful.  I can't believe some of the nice bows we have seen recently, from many of the bowyers.  It is a great time to be involved in this stuff.

Looks like an Eagles Flight quiver.

BigJim

guys- you are all in the same batch. I had actually missed weight on Steve's bow last week and had to build another.

I want to thank all those who have ordered from me for your patientce. This has been one truly phenomenal year for us here at BigJims. Last year was great, but this year we are up roughly 40% over last year in all aspects of our archery buisness.
I have experienced a couple of equipment set backs this year at the most inoportune times combined with an average of probably 30+ archery related phone calls a day and it has been hard to be productive. I get a lot done in the shop between 9p.m. and 11p.m. when the phone goes quiet.
Do not mistake this as an appology for our new found prosperity or a complaint about having to deal with very gracious customers,  rather an explanation for longer than expected delivery times for some. I am making progress and after August when the 3D season cease's, I will quickly get back in line.
Rest assured, that I'm not sacrificing quality by rushing. I still pour my heart and soul into every bow and will not intentionally release one that is not to par.
With that being said, I will change the subject.

Keep your eyes out for my new broadheads The "Big Jim" broadhead. they are made by VPA and resemble the Terminators only they look like they have been on the same diet that I have been on! 3 blade, 300g, with an 1.5" cutting diameter.
I wish I could say I had more to do with them other than persuasion and investment, but if it took much more than a couple of phone calls and a little shot testing, it would have had to wait for another year.

thanks again for all your support, BigJim

thanks,bigjim

Yes it is a Eagles Flight quiver and the bow, but I have a Slim Jim on the way from John Dill, well it shoots great. If you see Big Jim at a shoot try to shoot one for yourself and you will be a little poorer because (You Will own one). Did I say I love it and they shoot great?

Thanks Jim for the up-date and the tease pictures on my bow progress....as for myself I am sure the wait will be well worth it  :)  I think Dan and Steve will agree....

Howard, post some pictures with the Slim Jim on the bow when you get it, with the angle it should be made to order for the Thunder Child....

Can't wait to shoot mine  :)
