Does anyone know what the suggested brace height for a Ben Pearson Mach One.  It is a 52" bow and I put a 48" string on it and I can't get the brace height below 8 3/4" and I am wondering if this about right.  I don't know if this right or not. I know shorter recurves usually like more brace but this seems extreme for a 52". Thanks, Travis.      :help:

If that is an AMO 52 inch Ben Pearson a 49 inch string would have been closer to being "correct".  That would definitely let you play around more with the brace height.  Maybe some of the string gurus will jump in here and help you out.

I would think a 49" string would be better as well, but let's see what some other folks think
