ok,just picked up a real nice thunderhorn boa 6 arrow quiver for my northern mist but after putting it on don't know if i'm to crazy about it,as we all know or should anyways any quiver should be placed as close to the fades as possible, well i did this with the new quiver and there just seems to be to much gap on the gripper.now i have had the 2 point which was a very nice quiver but this is my first strap on boa and to tell you the honest truth i'm not to crazy about the way that gap looks.

Rich, cut one of the "ears" off the part that grips the bow limb, it'll work better on bows with thicker fade outs..that way it will lay better on the limb..

or, you shoulda bought my Selway slide on...

yeah, should stuck with what i always used, but didn't and they say change is good.lol  think i might just sell it before doing the ear tab thing, just don't seem right that you have to do this with this nice of a quiver.

What Carcajou said--it's what Thunderhorn recommends for deep core limbs.  Just be sure to cut off the ear on the side that wraps around--not the side where the little stub is you insert in the strap.

Can't you adjust the strap and have it "overlap" from both sides and fill in the (gap)? This worked for me on a narrow limb RER Vortex.

Thunderhorn does not recommend to cut the ear off anymore. Call them for the new instructions. It will work.   BILL
