In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

They can have my bow when it's pried from my cold dead fingers.

Yep baseline on the riser is $300. Of course you can customize it as much as you want with exotic woods and phenolic options for a little more.

Not to shabby.  I like the it with the longbow limbs better than the recurve limbs.

Nice job Wingnut! The riser looks very sharp and clean, no insane metal clamps and edges. Very aesthetically pleasing!

Mike That is the rise You where working on when I dropped of my car right?

I still have to cut the pix size down before posting them here. It was kool seeing Mike & Jason make a Bow when I was there. I didn't see it finished, but have pix of the bow being made.

Guys, we got to fondle it at the Rod J. clinic and she feels REAL SWEET in the hand, makes me wish I didn't already have a bow coming from somewhere else. And those static limbs were as quiet as the longbow limbs too.

Mike,
Any plans on a 17" riser for those of us needing a longer bow due to a longer draw length?

Man that is so sweet, and yep I'm very partial to the static recurve as well. Could not find on the website though. Will have another look. I really love ILF, gives such choices and versatility..and that riser would look good in my collection.

Doh!! OK found it. Lovely.

Yep we are already working on the 17" riser.  Shouldn't be too long but with a full work load and trying to design, things take time.

LOL
