Limbow,

Ray told me your were as sick as I am, I guess he is right!  We will have to get out to the club and watch some arrows fly.

Dave

limbow

Dave,

I would really enjoy getting together with you. I think Ray is at the beginning of the the life long sickness. He emailed me about a Hill bow he shot and loved it.

I am certain if he ever shot one of your lefty Silvertips he would understand the sickness      :bigsmyl:

Hope to see you in March at the club, I will touch base with you prior to the shoot.

Kevin

Mike,

The Tip you inquired about is a solid piece of Bacote--The most wildest grain in wood I have seen!

Speaking of the green woodland camo, Beth has informed me they only have enough to do one side of my limbs--What do you guys think??

thanks kevin,   what are the specs on the bocote t/d? great looking bow.

what kind of riser are you gonna do w/ the green camo? i'd probably do it on one side of the limb if it went well w/ the riser woods

CDR

These are my Tips, both 60" 52#@28" rosewood, and 59#@28" camphor burl (thanks Limbow), I love those one piece curves!

limbow

Very nice David, very nice indeed! Nothing better than a 1 piece Silvertip!

I think I will go with the limb veneers like the bow below on the belly and have the green woodland camo veneers on the back.

Just another Silvertip...my current hunting bow.

NBK

Beautiful bows.  Kevin what woods are those and is it FF?
Mike

Not FF...avoid that stuff with my precious customs. Riser is Santos Rosewood with a Chechen wave. The limbs are curly koa. Overlays/knobs/tips are natural sheephorn.
