Last year I talked to you at the Kalamazoo expo about the possibility of you offering an ILF riser.

Is that still on the table or have you decided not to scrap the idea?

zipper bowss

Lenny, I had a prototype risers built. It was cnc aluminium(sp?).I just could not get into that aluminium riser. There is nothing wrong with an aluminium riser it just is not me.That and depending on a machine shop to build a riser that says Zipper on the side of it, it just did not set well with me.SO, I put it on hold and started on a wood ILF riser. Now that, I can get into. Then with the orders backing up I had to lay that project aside also.I have just recently started back into it.It will be awhile yet before I have everything worked out. Thanks for the intrest!Im a little surprised anyon remembered that little project.

I would think that a man who can shoe a draft horse with his bare hands, should have no problem at all making an ILF riser out of wood. Good luck. I'd like to see it myself. DB

The aluminum riser was fun to play with. Maybe we'll see some pics of it with dead fish this summer Bill.

Thanks Bill...

Is the wood ILF riser that you're working on going to be based on the SXT or something completely different?
