To me, the ultimate challenge in bowhunting is not how far away you can succesfully make a killing shot but rather how close you can get to the animal before shooting.

That's my broadhead of choice too....Carbon Express Rebels and 150 grain Stingers, 630 grains.

Ya know, the sad thing for me is, I've lived in elk country since 2000. Ten years with Roosies on one side, Rockies on the other, and still eating tag soup!   :thumbsup:

I used a Stinger only once but killed a wild boar,it felt on view 50 yrs,very nice sensation.

Wannabe, don't give up. This will be my 20th year chasin elk, still not brought one home, my fault all the way, but I'm hoping for this year. Mabey I will draw   :bigsmyl:  
If I draw I'll have to do another hunt-a-long, thay are good luck for me. Great pics everyone!
