Awesome, Brian just emailed me the pic of the myrtle limbs today.

I'm going with those limbs with Bolivian Rosewood for the riser. Should be awesome!!!

KentuckyTJ

Very good looking stuff Brian. I didn't need to see those cane brake limbs.

The reason I'm posting this is to bring the page back up to the top. Why??? Cause I keep coming back to this thread to stare at those Myrtle limbs....WOW!! This thread is getting more expensive to look at all the time! Does anyone know of a Trad. addicts anonymous therapy club???

Chimaster

Hey Steve, being I'll be getting one of the new twins I'am almost sorry I told you not to tell me what they will look like!! After looking at these pictures I can't wait to see what combination you picked out for us. I can't wait for Kalamazoo when we'll be able to shoot the new bows. Oh, and by the way guys Brian hasen't forgotten the lefty's. I'am one of them!!!

Steve O

Yes and the Chimaster has graciously agreed to make sure there are a couple lefties at Kzoo...no matter what!

Gary, you do now know what the limbs are going to look like...how could I resist those! I'll keep the riser under wraps for now.

Steve O

Ryan,

I'll hand deliver your bow for you and maybe even trade you my spot in line if you would take me bear hunting for a couple days   :goldtooth:

Chocolate myrtle like that is extremely hard to get. I Live in Oregon and build a lot of bows with myrtle limbs and I treasure it when I get that kind of wood, I go buy directly from the mill and still cannot find it. I do have some really great fiddleback myrtle though if you need any Brian get a hold of me. Good looking bows . Steve

You don't have one yet Lowebow, you are the one that needs to make a call to Brian.

I've not read anything on this site that has made me spit my drink all over the computer...that is a first...I wonder if she is Lucy's sister?

I should have a couple more pics to put up for Brian in the next day or two; he's got a couple drying.

Do not follow where the path may lead.  Go, instead, where there is no path and leave a trail.

When is Brian coming out with his take down longbow. I can't wait to see one.
