Earlier this season I posted a pic of my friend Todd and his Maine Moose. The whole hunt was videoed and the vidieopgrapher just posted the hunt on You tube. Here's the link;

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2hTPehEuBsQ

It was the next to last day and Todd had shot a a huge bull earlier in the day and had only one arrow left. Eldon Jandreau called in the bull using a Montana decoy and actually pulled the bull away fron another cow. Todd's shot was at about 6 yards shooting a Hummingbird longbow, 60# and No Mercy heads. After the shot Elodon called to the moose and although fatally wounded (if you look carefully you can see the arrow buried to the fletching) the bull stopped about 15 yards after being hit and went down. Good video.

Nice Bull! Thanks for sharing Bill.

Great video, and a great end to the hunt. That's what it's all about right there. Thanks for sharing. I'm trying to gather info for my own hunt for moose and would be interested in the particulars of his experience. Thanks again fro sharing.

Bill, WOW....neat video.  One question--what is the story behind only having one arrow with broadhead left in his quiver????  Got to be a story there somewhere.  Did he leave all his other arrows in another moose????  That's what it sounds like   :confused:

I'm envious, I would really like a hunt like that.
