I just couldn't help my self with this one.  The price was right, and I just love the Ghost by Great Northern!  This is the third one I've owned.  The absolutely best recurve I have ever shot!  Jerry builds an awesome bow!

This one was missing leather on the grip, so I had to remedy that with a piece of deer skin I had.  She is marked 62@26, but weighs 61@27 according to my scales.  She is a little stouter than what I am used to, but I'm shooting her really well.  I'll guess I'll grow into her.  :)

This is the only bow I own now that I didn't build.

I didn't claw my way to the top of the food chain to eat vegetables!

Nice lookin bow Marty, your just going to have to start building a recurve.

Glad you like her Marty!

By the way, the original leather for the grip was in the box - stuffed in one of the 'short tubes' covering the limb tips.

I got it Mark, but this deer skin just screamed at me!

Hey Marty, you could always make a form from that Ghost and start make'n recurves, that would be something... APEX RECURVES... I can see it now, pics of hogs with your bow out in front!!!

I do plan to offer a recurve in the future, and it will be a 50s style.

That's beautiful wood on that bow - clean, simple and truly elegant.  Great job on the grip too.
Don't meddle in the affairs of dragons; people are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.

It seems strange to see your picture by a bow you didn't and a recurve no less.  Good looking bow though.

Nice bow Marty and I think the Ghost is a good fit. Sure wish I could find another. Everone is see posted is a tad heavy for these old shoulders.

Can't wait to see your take on a 50's style curve, it should be really neat.
