Well today Devyn wanted to go shooting with dad, and her twin Camryn wanted to go with mommy to the beach. So first thing this morning after picking up breakfast we headed down to the local shoot. We were shooting with a group through about the first six targets. I didn't like the feeling that Dev was being rushed or forgotten about, I just couldn't put all my attention into her with other people around.  So on about the 5-6th target I told the group to go on ahead and we would see them at the end. Now it was time to have FUN!!! Not just shooting targets but stalking them, taking multiple shot and pics with them when ever we felt like it.  Add in finding some turkey feathers and a slew of questions and you have the makings of a good day.  Joe
Arriving at the shoot.

Bullwinkle

On our recent camping trip we were awoken several times by a pair of marauders so today we took some revenge!

For all you guys who can't wait for September this ones for you.  We took some extra time to beat  him up a little.

I would love to have been shooting in your group! You guys probably enjoyed the shoot the most, out of all the shooters.

Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.

Perfect! I was walking on the local refuge last week with my three year old daughter when we saw some whitetails. She turned and said "Dad, we shoulg go get your arrows and shoot some deers so we could eat them." That made me smile.
