Looks like a Tim Roberts armguard. I'm not sure if he still makes them or not but here's here on tradgang and his work is awesome!

Tim Roberts made that. He sold the business to another fellow on here. You may be able to track him down in the sponsor classifieds. If not, PM Tim Roberts (that is his member name here also) and he can give you the guy's name. Robtatoo made the knife.

Tim sold it to Glen Carl i sent him a pm a week or so ago and haven't herd back but i did order one from another fella he's makeing me a knife with gems buck scales for the handle and sending to another to make the arm guard should have it in a lil over a month
