Congrats RC. Had a little wild pork myself last night. Good coating of prepared mustard, little garlic pepper rubbed in just right. Let it sit in the frig for 1 to 2 hours. Grilled over medium hot coals. Some kinda good. Keep the pictures and stories coming. Thanks for sharing.
