hi

In your opinion, could you tell me if the 64 inchs bow length on a Gn critter gitter is adapted for mines 30 inchs draw ?

I would say yes.I got a 64 incher and draw it about 30 inches with no problem.Probably a good all around choice for your draw.Good performance, smooth, and  no problem with finger pinch.

A 66 incher is gonna feel a tad smoother but slightly slower.

Though a 64-inch Critter Gitter will probably handle a 30-inch draw, IMO a 66-inch bow will feel a lot nicer and the difference in performance, if any, will be unnoticeable.  I used to shoot Critter Gitters quite a bit.  I shot 64-inch bows, which I considered just about perfect for my 28-inch draw.  Why not give Jerry Brum a call to get his advice.
