One bow. One arrow. My ideal.

My hat is off to anyone who kills a yote with a stickbow!

BMOELLER

I'd about take that over any buck with a bow.  They are alot harder to draw on.

Congrats! I stuck one this past winter, they never stand still very long.

Same trick I used to get my "yote to stop in her tracks----

Here is one from this years Texas Sweat - Shaun the yote slayer! Shaun took some mighty nice pictures of this yote prior to dropping it.

Also from this years Texas Sweat is Mr. Irish himself and a mighty fine yote as well. Two yotes with trad gear in one week is dang good in my books. Couple of fine trophys. Not bad guys either!  :goldtooth:

Nice dogs fellas. Way to go. One of the toughest things I ever shot at.

I consider these two of my biggest accomplishments with a bow....never easy to kill...

My first...

And my second was part of a double I pulled off in Nov.06....Full story of the hunt coming out later this year in TBM.....

I've taken 6 coyotes with bow. I have had some luck rattleing in coyotes while deer hunting. The last picture is a result of that. I'm proud of these coyote kills. Mike

"Here ya go brudda - JC."

Thanks Buddy!  This here coyote almost out ran my arrow... almost!
The toughest thing I've found about deer hunting is getting them to hold still long enough for me to stick an orange spot on them and then step off the yardage...

Curt- You are a good shot if you were shooting for the shorter nematode in the left vetricle. Heck I can barley concentrate on the ribcage with all of that hair. Ha! Good for you. :>) Mike

I've taken a few coyote, the most memorable was in eastern Montana,(mid 90's) with my trusty Blackwidow SA111. I had just watched one of the Wensel bros. drop the other one off, on what I think was a deer drive. We had hunting rights on a bordering property. Approx. 20 min. later a lone coyote tried to slip past my stand, took her in the left eye (head shot was all I had) (lucky)!!
Thanks Gene and Barry!! When I get a new printer-will post the pix...

Mark Baker

I killed this one with a selfbow this past fall.  I've killed a few, but this one is the first I've connected with by bow.  I was very happy with this...true trophy's indeed.

Shinken

Wow Mark!

That "dog" would make a *nice* lookin' quiver - a perfect accessory for that snaked selfbow and then you could retire your Kwikee Quiver!

;~)
