Used to shoot everyday, but since the nerve damage, I have backed off to 2 or 3 times a week, 25-50 arrows depending on how the neck and should is feeling. I miss shooting everyday, it is the way I keep my head in order, but 2 or 3 times a week is better than nothing at all. Mike

I retired last September.  I now shoot 4 to 8 hrs. everyday except Monday. (grandchildren).    I usually shoot the best on Tuesday after skipping Monday.

Every day (almost), i have a walk around poboys 3D course of 10 targets. One or two per target. 3 to 45 yards. Makes may day!

I shoot every other day when I can. Usually at least 50 arrows per session except on Saturdays and then it's 100-200 arrows minimum!   :eek:

I shoot bows most days that the weather is reasonable and I am not prevented by work or travel from shooting. Anywhere from 50 to 300 arrows per session. I know that 300 is way too many, but it is sometimes hard to stop. When I am shooting heavy bows I shoot a lot fewer arrows, but my lighter bows don't tire me much and I can shoot for a long time without my form suffering too much. I try to stop when my form begins to break down. I should be shooting fewer arrows and working more on my form like Mel Riley (Irish) does!

I am lucky to have a 14 yard shot in my basement. I shoot a couple of arrows almost every day. I still like to shot outside as much as possible. 3D course once or twice a week untill hunting season.

almost everyday. Biggest factor is running out of arrows. Thanks to the kindness of Mike Orton; I have some shafts that should very soon get me shooting a whole lot more. When I have arrows; I shoot everyday.

I have 2 little daughters, a wife, 2 dogs, 2cats, rabbits and cavys, a house with a lot of work to do and a job also.
So I am happy when I can shoot 3 times a week 120-150 arrows. But mostly it is just 2 times a week.
