Can I get a menu on the suthun bbq?  Are we talking ribs, beef or pork, chicken 1/2's or smaller pieces, chicken livers?

This will be a great primer leading into our bowhunting season! When crunch time comes with that big ol' bull or buck coming in you will be mentally, as well as, physically prepared! Isn't that part of this Rod...we are guaranteed to arrow a bull or buck after your clinic?!!!!

How did you con Rod in to coming north of the Mason Dixion line?  Rod's a great guy and a lot of fun to be around.  Lot of knowledge to pass on.  Just make sure you send him back to the South when he is finished.

I've been to Georgia and had the catfish and hushpuppies! That was some good eating. Bring on the southern bbq'd pork!

I'm sending my deposit out tomorrow.  Reading everybody's posts is getting me fired up too, and real bbq all the way from Alabama.... Wow!

I don't know if Rod will get bbq through security in the airport. But I found out there is a large fire pit with wood waiting for us at the range! We'll have to come up with some dutch oven meals and post them so we don't make the same items. I don't remember who said they could make cornbread. But that would go well with some beef stew or chili.  We'll work it out! Talk later, David

I forgot. I found out there is $10 per person camping fee the club charges. I am so pleased with the response and I didn't tell you guys about this ahead of time....so I am paying for everyone! "It's on the house"
