Dont want to hijack your thread but - Wow you shot the core out in two weeks with a trad bow? Are you shooting broadheads at it?  I have one and admittedly it is not as nice as a rinehart or even a McKenzie but I think it is going to be a while before I wear it out.

I have to agree with mark on the Delta's. I have over 20 3D targets, mostly Mckenzie, but I have the delta standing black bear, full strut turkey and boar and shoot my course almost every day when hunting season isn't in. They hold up fine, especially with trad gear. I agree that the rienharts pull easy but I don't think they look nearly as realistic as some of the others out there. Especially the replacement vital area. They don't match colors and are very visable from even a good distance. They do have a great variatey to choose from though.

I'll have to third R&W, for the price they are the best.

Your attitude about Delta is interesting to me. I have Delta deer and bear targets and they are holding up for me very well. I've had my deer target for over a year and have shot...thousands of arrows into it. I am just now starting to feel like I need to replace the removable vital area. I normally shot field tips into my targets but have on occasion use my broadheads too.

Glad to hear that some have had good luck with Delt,if I had, I would keep shooting them, I have not. Thanks to everyone for your help. Shane

I saw an add for the ReinHart block target. There is a warranty for use even with broadheads.
We have a Reinhart stone sheep target on the range that we have lost count of the years it has been up. We had to repair the legs so it would stand up agian. It still stops arrows with no problems and we are a trad and compound bow club. Oh yes, it is outside 24/7 not covered. We are replacing the other brands of targets we have with Reinharts as we can afford it.

Just got the $189 with free shipping Rhinehart from my wife for Christmas. Boy she is a good woman. The Rhinehart is hard to beat. Happy Holidays.
