Hi everyone! I'm a new member here on the site and just recently purchased my first traditional bow, a Zipper Extreme, from a a fellow Trad-Gang member. Anyhow the bow is 53# @ 28" with 28" also being my draw length. I believe I would like to go with a Carbon Express Heritage but do not know if I should use the 150's or the 250's. I would greatly appreciate any help in making the decision. Also this would be used mainly for deer.

Thank you for your help and guidance.

The 150's whould be your best bet.  You would have to put quite a bit point weight to get a 250 to work well.

That's kinda the way I was thinking along with a brass insert to get the overall weight of the arrow up a little.
Thanks!

I shoot a Morrison at pretty much the same spec.  150's here
Damn Nice guy

150s if you shoot 200 gr or less or 250s and 100gr inserts and 175 to 300 gr tips @ 30" will give extreme foc and a nice shooting arrow try and you will see good luck

If I go with a 250 equaling a 630+ grain arrow how much will that effect the speed and trajectory of the arrow and is the trade off worth it?
