stump man

are the triangle boxes refered to above large enough to get completed arrows with feathers on them packaged up without smashing the feathers?

Stump,
If you take time putting them in there it can be done.  I designed some arrow dividers that work perfect for those boxes and fit a dozen arrows without crushing a feather. dino

Go online and order them from the USPS website.  They come in packs of 10 and shipped right to your door. dino

The only downside to the free boxes is everything is priority mail.  Of course that doesn't mean you can't turn them inside out if you want to go parcel post.

The newer priority boxes now have the words priority printed on the inside for just that reason. However if you print your own shipping labels through paypal you will see that most time priority is a few cents cheaper than parcel anyways. Check it out, plus you get free delivery confirmation too.
