It took me almost 5 years to get my first traditional kill.  I knew I could go back to my compound, but my traditional mentors comment always came back to haunt me.  "Jeff, if all you want to do is kill a deer; then by all means go back to your compound".  Many Deer and many years later I'm glad I kept at it.  Hope you will too.  Conrads....
