Is there a way to view 'new' posts only?  I'm not all that computer savvy.

look to the left of the post, if the broadhead in GREEN, it's a new post. Also, scroll to the bottom of the page, and look for all the broadheads (look like cartoon broadheads) usually on the bottom right of the page, they tell you what the post represent!
