Coyote with deer leg - on your pic most of the head is also missing

crocodile, no doubt,
I saw "Lake Placid" and they are moving north.
Or maybe the Ohio grassman moved east?

That's a coyote...no doubt!  Heard the camera, and is reacting to it...crouching,tucking tail and swinging head at the sound.....I'd almost bet on it, and I'm not a bettin' man....

Curt,
its exavtly what i thought, yotes first instinct is tuck tail when they crouch. tail looks to long for a deer to me.
I go by many names but Daddy is my favorite!

It looks like one of those things that some people have as pets. It looks like a "muntjac". but thats not what I've heard them called. A lady we sell hay to has one. I'd have to get a picture of it.

The black "cape" marking is a dead give away too...

Upon closer examination and after watching monsterquest I'm following BMOELLER its a chupacabra I here tell they like hot weather and they're moving up from mexico along with killer bees. damn global warming

StickBowManMI

I think that it is a small doe. Based upon the rear legs at least that is all that I could see with these tired old eyes. Besides its 2AM

david_lewis93

Yote in bye bye mode looks kinda like,,yepper.

My first instinct was to say a small doe, but I think I'll have to go with coyote, after seeing MDshooter's pic. I'd like to see Vermonster's pic also.

Just as an aside, hve you noticed that if you eat one of the Chinese Muntjuc deer, you're hungry agin, half an hour later?  :D  :D

I can't tell what's in the foreground, but there's a bigfoot peeking out from behind the tree in the background.   :)

b.glass

I think I'm changing my vote to yote also. The animal I was thinking of has like no tail.
