How many messages do you have in your inbox and sent folders?  You boxes may be full.

Sometimes mine works and sometimes it doesn't, there are people they get PM's from me, but they are unable to PM me back, so they use my e-mail.
No big thing.

There is still an ongoing problem with server side email notifications failing for some outside mail servers.

There are quirky issues with our PM system that haven't been resolved.  They will never be resolved as we will be migrating to new forum software later this year.
