2026 Northwest Traditional Archers Expo - anyone going

While your there I would appreciate you taking a picture of Jay StCharle's booth, I would like to see all that he has for sale. He might be offering up some items a friend of mine had in his collection. Various bows and arrows, some of them he purchased from Jay and arrows from Suzanne. Many thanks and best regards, Ken

Sorry for the delay in posting this, I've been unusually busy since I returned from the expo.

Once again, the Expo was facilitated by the Traditional Archers of Oregon, Idaho Traditional Bowhunters, and the Traditional Archers of Nevada. Compton Traditional Bowhunters and PBS had booths there, as did Traditional Bowhunter Magazine. There was about 25 other vendors as well, bowyers, knife makers, hunting gear, raw materials for bows & arrows, and miscellaneous supplies.

Tom from the Nevada club again brought a nice selection of 3D targets and set them up outside in the arena, which made it possible for people to try new bows, and used bows before buying. It also provided a place for us arrow flinging junkies to get our fix.

New this year was a space for attendees to sell or trade their own stuff. Lots of bows, arrows, packs, camo & hunting gear on those tables. A welcome addition.

There were seminars on tree saddle hunting, wood arrow crafting, and the Traditional Bowhunters Hall of Fame 2025 inductees. The raffle tables were loaded with a huge assortment of great items, including several new custom bows.

Saturday evening was the banquet dinner and keynote speaker Josh Miller (competitive longbow shooter, Team USA member, and world champion).

Finally, on Sunday morning, there was a blanket shoot out back in the arena. All the shots were taken from elevated positions and was quite challenging. What a hoot.

many thanks for the pics ... next year I need to make the effort to get there. Some very exotic looking bows and pretty arrows. Hopefully all the vendors did well.
